Streetwork Supervisor 

Gateshead – £40,000 

We are looking for a highly experienced Streetwork Supervisor to join our clients team in a busy ISP. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of broadband services to a large customer base. As the Streetwork Supervisor, you will be required to lead a team of engineers and ensure all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers and ensure all tasks are completed in a safe and compliant manner
• Supervise installation of broadband services in the local area and ensure all customer requirements are met
• Monitor and report on progress of all work carried out by the team
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and completion of work on time
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and any necessary training is conducted
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment and ensure all repairs are completed in line with industry standards
• Monitor the progress of the team and provide guidance and support when needed

Technical Skills Required

• Extensive experience in the Broadband industry
• In-depth knowledge of installation and maintenance of broadband services
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage a team and ensure all work is completed to a high standard
• Good understanding of safety protocols
• Ability to think quickly and act appropriately in urgent situations
