1st/2nd Line Engineer

Cambridge – Hybrid

Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional 1st and 2nd line technical support to end-users, both remotely and on-site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, O365, ActiveDirectory, Apple Mac, DNS, DHCP, backup solutions, and networking.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective problem resolution.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of IT systems and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of support issues and resolutions using our ticketing system.
• Assist in the implementation and management of IT infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working within an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working within an IT Support.
• Proficient in Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, O365, Active Directory, DNS, backup solutions, and networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT support.
