Job Title: IT Support Apprenticeship

Location: Cambridge

We are seeking IT Support Apprentices in the Cambridgeshire area! The successful candidate will have a keen interest in technology and be keen to learn, with the opportunity to develop and progress within the role.

Main duties will include:

• Supporting the IT systems and networks

• Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues

• Installing and configuring hardware, software and networks

• Supporting and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals

• Maintaining and updating user accounts

• Providing technical advice and assistance

• Assisting with the development of internal systems

• Assisting with the maintenance of IT security

Things to learn! 

• Windows Operating Systems, Office 365, AD, and Azure 

• Networking , storage and security 

• Customer support and project work

All you need! 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent customer service skills

• Excellent communication skills

• No experience needed just a passion for learning and technology!
