We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to lead our clients quality assurance initiatives and drive continuous improvement across our organisation. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with quality standards and performance metrics.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to establish quality requirements and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
  • Mentor and coach team members on quality management principles, best practices, and tools.
  • Actively assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality processes 
  • Change controls and risk assessment’s, and ensure that quality system is continuously improved with the objective of assuring GDP compliance
  • Provide support for investigation into non-conformances 
  • Quality KPI reporting 
  • Oversee the warehouse and logistics operations 
  • Require knowledge of GDP and the ISO 9001 
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 (Quality Management)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are highly desirable.
  • Experience in quality management roles within a manufacturing , logistics or a service-oriented industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100), and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
