Job Title: Sales Support Administrator
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Sales Support Administrator to join a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Chester.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing sales support to the MSP’s clients, ensuring smooth delivery of services and providing technical advice and guidance.
• Provide support to potential customers.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
• Manage customer quotes, enquiries and escalations.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical advice.
• Monitor customer service levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Assist with the preparation of customer-facing documents such as contracts and proposals.
Technical Skills Required:
• Experience in the MSP industry
• Strong knowledge of customer service and IT sales processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work on tight deadlines
• Ability to analyse customer requirements and identify solutions
