Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join a growing MSP/ Reseller. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence and customer service standards across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of  technical service desk and project team professionals to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded
• Lead customer service improvement initiatives
• Develop service level agreements
• Monitor and review service delivery processes to ensure they are efficient and effective
• Liaise with customers to ensure service quality is maintained
• Ensure customer complaints are resolved in a timely and effective manner
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an IT Solutions company in a similar role
• Proven track record of managing and leading a technical service desk and projects team
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of service delivery processes
• Knowledge of MSP industry standards
• Knowledge of service-level agreements
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Ability to develop strategies to improve service delivery
• A proactive and customer-focused attitude
