Our client based in Leighton Buzzard is currently going through a huge growth trajectory over the next 5 years and is currently hiring a whole new team for client onboarding. This includes an Application Support & Onboarding Analyst who will work specifically on numerous software delivery projects to onboard new clients. This is a great role for someone with a history of working as an Application Support Engineer in a SaaS organisation, or who has experience of onboarding clients onto a SaaS platform.

You will onboard clients into the business, alongside building and configuring systems and interfaces. You will liaise with clients and third parties to understand requirements, gather, analyse and import client data and information. You will manage multiple projects so your organisation skills must be excellent.

Technical Skills:

• Bespoke application support skills
• Software development methods
• Knowledge of Interface methodologies such as SFTP, AS2, RESTFUL & SOAP API is beneficial.
• SQL Database experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferable.
• Client facing experience
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to plan own workload and time manage own schedule.
• Excellent organisational skills.

This is a hybrid role, the office is close to Leighton Buzzard so ideally you should be able to commute fairly easily to the office when needed for meetings. The salary is up £45,000 and this is a 12-month fixed term contract, which is likely to go permanent.
