1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer
Investment Banking
London – Contract
£180 per day – Long term role
We are looking for an experienced 1st / 2nd Line Support to join a leading Investment Bank in London.
The successful candidate must have a strong knowledge of customer service and IT support, and be able to provide technical assistance and support to the firm’s clients.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries and requests in a timely manner
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues
• Research, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Develop and maintain user and system documentation
• Monitor and maintain system performance and security
Technical Skills Required:
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Server
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Experience with MS Office, Outlook, and Exchange
• Knowledge of Office 365
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
