3^rd Line Support Engineer  

Manchester – £45,000

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Engineer Support with a passion for providing excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company that specialises in tech solutions. 

You will be based onsite in the office near Manchester working on a busy service desk for both private and public sector clients. You will be able to work on your own initiative and resolve complex support issues.
As part of the role you will be occasionally visiting customer sites proving support or working on projects.

Key requirements: 

• VMware
• Horizon
• Citrix
• Office365
• Azure AD
• Basic networking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

 
Desirable skills:

• Understanding of backup technologies (Veeam ideally)
• Firewall experience
• Microsoft qualifications
