**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with quality standards and performance metrics.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to establish quality requirements and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Mentor and coach team members on quality management principles, best practices, and tools.
- Actively assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality processes
- Change controls and risk assessment’s, and ensure that quality system is continuously improved with the objective of assuring GDP compliance
- Provide support for investigation into non-conformances
- Quality KPI reporting
- Oversee the warehouse and logistics operations
- Require knowledge of GDP and the ISO 9001
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 (Quality Management)

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are highly desirable.
- Experience in quality management roles within a manufacturing , logistics or a service-oriented industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100), and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
