Our client is seeking a talented 2^nd/3^rd Line Project Engineer to focus on 2nd and 3rd line projects within their team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and delivering technical solutions that meet the companies and clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on 2nd and 3rd line projects, ensuring they are completed within a timely manner and on budget.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the delivery process.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Engineer or similar role, with a focus on 2nd and 3rd line projects.
• Strong technical background with expertise in O365, Azure, Windows, AD, Server, Exchange, Networking, Cyber Security, Migrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working in a client-facing role is preferred.
